City of Ontario Emergency Information Portal

The SAMI project is developing an Emergency Information Portal (EIP) for and in collaboration with the City of Ontario, CA, Fire Department. The portal will include a web-accessible integrated dashboard of local disaster and associated relief information, hotlinks for citizens and also an online donation management system.

Situational Reconnaissance System

The SAMI project is developing a situational reconnaissance system for automated extraction and synthesis of multi-modal situational information captured after a disaster. The first version of this system is an integration between the VIEWS reconnaissance system from ImageCat and information capture tecnologies (EvacPack) from UCI
